iWoz, the Book

Your book, iWoz, has been extremely influential for me in the past decade since I first read it. Initially, as an individual in how I live my life and perceive the world. But secondly, and most importantly, as a parent. Your description of your father sets the standard for how I raise my children. I always think about the patience and love your father had to encourage your curiosity and build your engineer’s brain. I now have a whiteboard for teaching my children; any time they want to understand something, we go to the whiteboard and dive in deep. I also think of your mother and how you credit her with developing other important aspects of who you are. Thank you for taking the time to explain to the world how such a remarkable person was created.

I was sitting at work thinking about that, and I decided I wanted to at least try to tell you.
